We offer FREE courier delivery on all watches delivered in UK.

International Orders

We also ship internationally including to the USA - please contact us for a shipping cost estimate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs and excise. We will however do everything in our power to have your shipment released as soon as possible. Non GBP payments in our online store are converted into GBP automatically from local currency eg USD, Euro etc.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that your shipment may be subject to tariffs, duties and/or taxes, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they are paid. The Winton Watch Company cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result customs and excise in your delivery country; however, we will do everything we can do to help have your shipment released as soon as possible. Please contact us  if you have any questions.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns Policy

 We hope that you love your Winton Watch, however purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, subject to the items being in original, unworn/unused condition with all original packaging. For all returns, please contact us.

Returning Items

To return an item, please contact us and we will talk you through the information we require. We will give you the return address, and the item(s) can be packaged safely and couriered back to us. Once shipped, please make a note of the tracking number and ensure you keep a copy of proof of postage.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your items, as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit. We aim to process refunds and/or exchanges within seven working days of receiving the return.

Exchanging Items

To exchange an item, please contact us and we will talk you through the information we require. We will give you the return address, and the item(s) can be packaged safely and couriered back to us. Once shipped, please make a note of the tracking number and ensure you keep a copy of proof of postage. We send your new item(s) to you via FedEx as soon as we receive the original items.
